St. Anselm has been hosting a weekly yoga classes in Jackson Hall every Wednesday for over 15 years. Hatha yoga is a traditional form of yoga that includes the practice of postures and breathing exercises. These help bring peace to the mind and body, and prepare the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.
Though currently suspended, we anticipate restarting this physically grounded exercise practice soon. Classes start at 9:30am, last an hour, and cost $10/session. Please feel free to contact Anne Brown (email@example.com) if you have any questions. Join in the fun and get a great start to your day!
